HTML Web page viewer (without using a Web browser). This is a useful tool to view the HTML code for a dubious Web site. It displays the html code of a web page, whereas it is blocked by a web browser (e.g. secure sites (https) with Internet Explorer). This program requires the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 or higher.
