如果要查看存储过程或者函数的执行过程，可以用debug的模式。PLSQL Developer提供了debug功能，以函数为例：
1. 找到你要debug的函数，然后右击—>选择“Add debug information”，如图：
2. 右击函数->选择Test，进入debug模式的窗口。如图：
3.在Test Window中点start debugger(F9),再点run(ctrl+R)直接执行，或点step into(ctrl+N)单步执行。
如果单步执行，将鼠标放在变量上，即可看到运行时的赋值情况.在变量上右键可以使用类似eclipse的watch功能
